Apm Monaco in Düsseldorf is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to welcome customers, advise on products and build a trusted relationship to deliver a unique shopping experience. The contract runs from 3 December to 10 January, reflecting a seasonal retail period.

You will actively contribute to achieving boutique sales targets, maintain high service standards, and assist with stock, merchandising and POS procedures while delivering personalised after-sales follow-up.

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures
