APM Monaco in Munich seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to join our luxury boutique. You will welcome and advise customers, build trusted relationships and showcase APM Monaco products to tell the brand story.

You will contribute to sales targets, deliver outstanding service and manage after-sales follow-up, while supporting stock, visual merchandising and POS procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury or fashion retail is a real plus.

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand's story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures
