Join a leading global media agency as an Analytics Director to spearhead a new Data Analytics unit in Düsseldorf. This role involves leading client relationships, managing a team, and enhancing the agency's data-driven offerings. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and R, along with substantial experience in Data Analytics within a media context. This position provides the opportunity to grow with the agency and shape its future in Data Analytics.
Grow a multi-faceted Data Analytics unit within an already established media agency in Dusseldorf.
You will join a team of 40 staff and be responsible for leading all client relationships and solution development from a Data Analytics perspective. The business is approximately 50% ATL and 50% BTL.
Initially, you will need to be a hands-on modeller and coder, but the team will grow to at least 10 over the next 24 months, allowing this role to transition to one focused on team leadership, strategy, and client management.
The role reports directly to the MD of this established global media agency.
