Join a team where your expertise helps shape governance, compliance and operational integrity within one of the UK's most complex energy businesses. As Senior Analyst - Compliance, Governance and Integrity, you'll play a pivotal role within Business and Wholesale Services (BWS), helping the business understand and respond to regulatory, legislative and industry change. This is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements. You'll be expected to attend our London or Exeter office as required for meetings and collaborative activities, while benefiting from the flexibility to balance office and home working. This is a visible position offering broad exposure across BWS, Finance, Legal, Retail, Generation and Net Zero Strategy and Policy teams. You'll support leadership reporting, influence governance activity, participate in industry forums and help shape how the business manages compliance, risk and operational integrity in an evolving UK energy market.
We're looking for a Senior Analyst with strong compliance, governance and regulatory experience who can navigate complexity, identify risk and translate detailed requirements into clear business actions.
