Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management or logistics.
• 2–3+ years in planning/procurement, customer service, supply chain/logistics, configuration or contract management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace and Skywise; project management skills are a plus.
• Fluent English; German or French is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with willingness to travel occasionally.

Your responsibilities will include: proactively identifying spare parts requirements and minimizing associated risks related to capital commitment and inventory levels; industrializing and providing solutions to increase material availability, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen competitiveness; participating in cross-functional future initiatives (e.g., DDMS, sustainability, process optimization, and e-RSP material speculation); close collaboration with stakeholders to build sound background knowledge and provide timely reports; and continuous performance monitoring using KPIs and milestone tracking, as well as proactive risk and opportunity management.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration, supply chain management / logistics (at least Bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience (at least 2-3 years) in the areas of planning/material procurement, customer service, supply chain/logistics, configuration management and contract management

• Solid user knowledge in SAP, Google Workspace, Skywise and project management

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to travel occasionally.
