Zusammenfassung

Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Stade sucht eine*n Materials Coordinator / Planner zur Gesamtverantwortung für den Materialzufluss in der Produktion. Sie koordinieren Lieferketten, optimieren Bestände und entwickeln Lösungen mit Lieferanten und internen Partnern.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder Supply Chain.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planung, Materialbeschaffung und Lieferantenmanagement.
• Erfahrung in Lieferketten/logistik; Airbus-Erfahrung vorteilhaft.
• SAP-Kenntnisse (tief), Google Workspace fließend.
• Deutsch auf Geschäftsniveau (C1) und Englisch auf Geschäftslevel (C1).
• Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb Europas (ca. monatlich).
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

• Materialflusskontrolle: Bestände überwachen und Produktionsversorgung sicherstellen.
• Lieferantenabstimmung: Bestellungen, Lieferzeiten und Qualitätsstandards abstimmen.
• Engpässe managen: Engpässe erkennen und Lösungen entwickeln.
• Lieferantenmanagement: Beziehungen pflegen und kontinuierlich verbessern.
• Leistungsanalyse: Berichte zu Lieferperformance erstellen und Potenziale identifizieren.
• Interne Abstimmung: Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik.
• Prozessoptimierung: Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Effizienzprojekten.

At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Stade, you will manage the entire material supply for production as a Materials Coordinator / Planner. You coordinate supply chains, optimize inventory, and develop solutions together with suppliers and internal partners for smooth manufacturing.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, between 67,000€ and 81,000!.

Responsibilities

• Material Flow Control: Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels to ensure production supply
• Supplier Coordination: Alignment of orders, delivery times, and quality standards with suppliers
• Bottleneck Management: Handling supply shortages and developing solutions to minimize disruptions
• Supplier Management: Maintaining and evaluating supplier relationships for continuous improvement
• Performance Analysis: Creation and evaluation of reports on delivery performance and identification of improvement potential
• Internal Alignment: Collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics to optimize demand planning
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and external regulations in supply chain management
• Process Optimization: Participation in projects for digitalization and efficiency enhancement in the supply chain

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, and supplier management
• Many years of experience in supply chain management / logistics, Airbus experience is an advantage
• Proficient use of SAP (in-depth knowledge) and Google Workspace
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
• Willingness to travel, approximately once per month within Europe
• Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and independent way of working
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
