Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP (ERP); SASPF knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Expertise in indirect materials, tools and software licenses.
• Excellent German skills, written and spoken; applicable English skills or terminology.
• Excellent communication, structured and precise work style; confident with military clients.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the supply of materials for indirect needs (e.g., avionics, tools, software licenses) and supporting specialist departments with requirements and budget planning. You will be responsible for the smooth processing of operational purchasing – from obtaining quotes and comparing terms to placing orders. You will also independently manage and post internal material and inventory levels in SAP, proactively monitor delivery dates and material receipts, verify invoices, and process complaints and short deliveries. Finally, you will coordinate internally regarding the regulatory classification of goods, software, and technology (dual-use/civilian and military applications).

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training with many years of professional experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, and operational and strategic purchasing.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP applications (ERP systems); SASPF knowledge is highly advantageous.

• Expertise in the field of indirect materials, tools and software licenses

• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, as well as applicable English skills or mastery of English technical terminology.

• Excellent communication skills, a structured and precise work style, and a confident demeanor when dealing with military clients.
