Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH sucht am Standort Hamburg eine/n Program Operational Manager (m/w/d) in einem festen Anstellungsverhältnis zur Unterstützung von Airbus Operations. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Kunden zusammen und verantworten die Steuerung von Beschaffung, Verfügbarkeit und Lieferantenkoordination.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Risikominimierung, Prozessverbesserungen, Interaktionen mit Stakeholdern und regelmäßige Berichterstattung.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain.
• Berufserfahrung in Konfigurationsmanagement,Disposition, Kundendienst, Supply Chain, Vertragsmanagement und Projektmanagement.
• Gute SAP- und Google-Workspace-Kenntnisse.
• Fließend Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Bedarfsvorhersage bei Ersatzteilen und Risikominimierung durch proaktives Vorgehen.
• Industrialize and provide solutions to improve Material availability and to improve customer satisfaction while strengthening competitiveness
• Kollaboration mit Stakeholders zur Schaffung fundierter Hintergrundkenntnisse und zeitgerechter Berichterstattung an Stakeholder
• Leistung Überwachung, Controlling und Reporting

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain


• Professional experience in the field of Configuration Management, Disposition, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Contract Management and Project Management


• Good knowledge of using SAP and Google Workspace


• Fluent in English


• Willingness to travel
