CENIS Consulting-Engineering-Service GmbH in Hamburg seeks a Program Operational Manager (d/f/m) to oversee material availability and supplier coordination within a cross-functional team. You will manage spares planning, risk mitigation, and KPI reporting to strengthen competitiveness.

The role requires a technical degree, SAP experience, project-management skills, and business English. Occasional travel of 2–3 trips annually is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics, or related field.
• Experience in configuration management, scheduling/procurement, customer service, contract management, or supply chain/logistics.
• Proficiency in using SAP.
• Experience in project management.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A self-assured person who can make independent decisions.
• Ability to coordinate a large number of contributors.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (2–3 times a year for 3 to 5 days).

You will works as Program Operational Manager (d/f/m).

Your Tasks will include:

• Anticipating spares parts needs and mitigating associated risks for the company such as cash exposure and stock management through proactive approach
• Industrialize and provide solutions to improve Material availability and to improve customer satisfaction while strengthening competitiveness
• Contribute to transversal initiatives preparing the future (DDMS, Sustainability, Processes, e-RSP Material speculation)
• Cooperation with stakeholders to build-up profound background knowledge on relevant data providing a timely and proper reporting to stakeholders
• Performance monitoring (KPI, milestones tracking), controlling and reporting
• Risk and opportunity management

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics, or a related field
• Professional experience in configuration management, scheduling/procurement, customer service, contract management, or supply chain/logistics
• Proficiency in using SAP
• Experience in project management
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A person with self-assurance and the ability to make decisions independently
• Ability to coordinate a large number of contributors
• Strong Analytical skills
