Your Role meaningful & rewarding

• Continuously monitoring global AI research and market trends with a focus on analyzing academic papers industry reports and technological breakthroughs that hold strategic relevance for
• Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams across engaging with various business functions to capture emerging trends from within the organization and linking them to external AI research developments
• Separating hype from genuine innovation to ensure that only developments with tangible business implications reach senior management
• Translating complex AI concepts into clear business impact by explaining what each trend means for its markets and its customers
• Assessing risks opportunities and required actions and recommending whether should adopt invest prepare organizationally or adapt its overall strategy
• Contributing to thought leadership and decision-making through internal position papers briefings and recommendations that turn external innovation into concrete steps for transformation
• Cooperating with internal and external partners while building strong connections with leading experts research communities and institutions through conferences partnerships and networks

Your Profile authentic & open-minded

• Strong academic background (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field
• Deep expertise in AI concepts algorithms and architectures combined with the ability to critically assess their maturity limitations and potential business impact
• Proven experience in reviewing and synthesizing scientific literatureideally in AI or machine learningand identifying which findings matter for real-world applications
• Exceptional skill in translating complex technical developments into business-relevant insights and strategic recommendations making cutting‑edge AI accessible and actionable for decision-makers
• Proactive analytical and curious mindset thriving in environments where innovation is explored and ideas are transformed into tangible business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to adapt messages to both technical and business audiences; German language proficiency considered a plus
