Job summary

Hannover Re sucht am Standort Hannover einen Active Directory Administrator Identity and Access Management (IAM) zur dauerhaften Besetzung. Sie arbeiten in der Global Information Technology – End User Services und gestalten Identitäts- und Zugriffsprozesse sicher und effizient.

Sie verfügen über eine einschlägige IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Informatik, mehrjährige AD- und Windows Server-Erfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in LDAP, Entra ID und Cloud-Technologien.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung als IT-System-Elektroniker/in oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft Windows Servern (L2/L3) und Active Directory.
• Gute Kenntnisse in LDAP, Gruppenrichtlinien, Microsoft Entra ID und SSO.
• Erfahrung mit KI-Agents und Cloud-Technologien (Azure, AWS) wünschenswert.

Responsibilities

• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Active Directory und Identity & Access Management Systemen.
• Entwurf sicherheitsrelevanter Systemänderungen, Umsetzung und Dokumentation.
• Verwaltung der Plattformen, Schnittstellen und 2nd/3rd-Level-Support.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Anbindung neuer Services an IAM-Systeme.
• Beratung von Fachbereichen und Projekten bei Autorisierungskonzepten.
• Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister.

Within the Identity & Access Management team in Global Information Technology - End User Services, we ensure that employees can access systems securely and efficiently. We manage our identity management solutions and platforms and jointly design access and authorisation concepts as well as the continuous development of our IAM landscape. #LI-DNI

You can look forward to

• Operate and further develop Active Directory as well as other Identity & Access Management systems such as Microsoft Identity Manager and Microsoft Entra ID
• Design (security-relevant) system changes, implement them and document them
• Administer the platforms used and their associated interfaces and provide technical support (2nd/3rd level)
• Contribute to projects for connecting new services to the IAM systems
• Advise business and project teams on the development of authorisation concepts for applications
• Manage external IT service providers

You come equipped with

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration and/or a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server (L2, L3), Active Directory environments and scripting (PowerShell)
• Good knowledge of LDAP, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, single sign-on solutions and current security standards
• Experience in the secure implementation and governance of AI agents as well as the use of cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS) is desirable
• Fluent German and English language skills combined with strong communication skills
• Strong technical understanding and a team-oriented way of working
