Zusammenfassung

persona service AG & Co. KG sucht eine/n Buchhalter/in zur eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozessen. Sie prüfen, buchen und überwachen Rechnungen, führen das Mahnwesen und Zahlungsabwicklungen durch und unterstützen bei Abschlüssen.

Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit mit. Kenntnisse in SAP/DATEV und gute Deutschkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
• Erfahrung in Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung von Vorteil.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, besonders Excel.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeiten von Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
• Prüfen, Zuordnen und Verbuchen von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
• Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen.
• Durchführung und Überwachung von Zahlungstransaktionen.
• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
• Erstellung von Analysen und Abrechnungsberichten.
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Abteilungen.

Jobbeschreibung

In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable You will check, allocate to the correct accounts and post incoming and outgoing invoices You will monitor and process outstanding items and carry out the dunning process You will carry out and monitor payment transactions You will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures You will prepare analyses and accounting reports You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on accounting matters You will provide support on tax matters and during tax audits

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in bookkeeping or financial accounting Professional experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable is an advantage You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with an ERP/accounting system, e.g. SAP, DATEV or similar systems You have a good command of written and spoken German and hold a valid work permit You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and independent approach to work, as well as good communication and teamwork skills A head for figures, a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, discretion and a high degree of accuracy round off your professional profile
