persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking an experienced accounts payable specialist to manage invoicing, posting and cash flows in a professional, manufacturing environment.

You will process and reconcile AP items, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and help digitise financial workflows while maintaining accurate master data. The role requires a commercial apprenticeship in accounts payable and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics 365 FO) and MS

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship specialising in accounts payable (e.g., office administrator or industrial clerk)
• At least 3 years’ experience in accounts payable or financial accounting in a manufacturing company
• Strong skills in checking, allocation and posting of incoming invoices
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 FO, and MS Office

• You will be responsible for independently managing accounts payable
• You will be responsible for checking, allocating and posting incoming invoices

• you are fully confident in using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications
• Native-level German is part of your profile
