Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Order Processing and Project Coordination Specialist in Germany to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and to serve as the interface between customers, internal teams, and the factory.

You will review technical documentation, ensure compliance with German and international standards, and coordinate timelines using SAP. Fluent English and German are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Assist in contract review and alignment with German commercial law and international standards.
• Create order confirmations, bills, guarantees, and internal documents.
