Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht einen erfahrenen Maschinenbauingenieur (m/w/d) als zentrale technische Schnittstelle. Sie arbeiten an anspruchsvollen Produkten, koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams und treffen wirtschaftlich belastbare Entscheidungen von der Entwicklung bis zur Serienproduktion.

Sie bringen CAD‑Fachwissen, Erfahrung mit PLM/PDM/ERP-Systemen sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie verhandlungssicher, und Sie tragen Verantwortung für komplexe Baugruppen

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Maschinenbau (HTL, FH oder TU).
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Designengineering, Produktentwicklung oder Anlagenbau.
• Praxis in Konstruktion, Fertigung oder Fügetechnik.
• Verständnis von Toleranzen und Machbarkeit.
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement oder technischer Führung interdisziplinärer Teams.
• Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit PDM/PLM/ERP-Systemen.
• Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Technische Beratung und zentrale technische Ansprechstelle für anspruchsvolle Kunden.
• Bewertung neuer Anfragen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
• Technische Unterstützung von Design bis Serienproduktion.
• Entwicklung wirtschaftlich optimierter Fertigungsstrategien, Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen.
• Koordination technischer Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrieb, Produktion, Beschaffung, Qualität und F&E.
• Verantwortung für komplexe Produkte und Baugruppen.
• Koordination interner und externer technischer Interfaces.

• Technical consulting and central technical contact for demanding customers in high‑tech, future-oriented industries
• Evaluation of new and complex customer inquiries with respect to technical feasibility and economic viability
• Technical support from the design and concept phase through to series production
• Development of technically and economically optimal manufacturing strategies, including make‑or‑buy decisions
• Management of technical coordination between Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality and Research & Development
• Assuming final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies
• Coordination of internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well‑founded decisions

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in Mechanical Engineering (e.g., HTL, FH or TU)
• Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development or special machine/plant construction
• Practical experience in engineering design, manufacturing or joining technology
• Solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility
• Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams
• Very good CAD skills
• Experience with PDM, PLM or ERP systems
• Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented way of working
• Strong logical reasoning skills
• High level of personal responsibility, hands‑on mentality and confident presence as a technical interface
• Business‑fluent German and English (negotiation level)
