About the Role

We are seeking a personable Account Manager to own and grow client relationships across Southern Germany (Bavaria) with a focus on the Munich market. This role represents Precor and Peloton Commercial across commercial fitness hospitality and related verticals serving as the primary point of contact for existing customers while driving new business and lead generation. The Account Manager partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions and build long‑term consultative relationships.

Please note Precor cannot provide VISA sponsorship or transfers at this must be authorised to work in the country without sponsorship both now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long‑term partnership and achieve set sales goals.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure goals are being met.
  • Act as a main point of contact for client issues and concerns, resolve problems efficiently and proactively address issues.
  • Understand client needs and work with the team to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Establish and maintain current customer relationships by responding to customer requests and managing/resolving customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and product development to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Have a complete understanding of our products and services and be able to emphasize their key features and benefits.
  • Clearly identify and target opportunities with new customers as well as existing accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining business‑based CRM and sales KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a clear and actionable business plan outlining activities, time allocation and consistent process to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals including price quotations, credit terms, delivery service and leasing options.
  • Attend designated trade shows, cultivate client relationships and represent Precor in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree emphasis in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering client‑focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Background in Exercise and/or Fitness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of selling in a direct commercial sales environment and/or sales management experience.
  • Sports science BA or similar is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions‑focused approach.
  • Extensive experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Proficient in English and German oral and written communication.
  • Responsive and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
