FMC Talent is seeking a Net New Account Executive to drive new enterprise bookings across the DACH region, with a remote-first approach and a focus on construction technology, infrastructure and energy sectors.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build strategic territory plans and engage C-suite stakeholders, collaborating with Marketing, Services and Partners to deliver measurable business value.
Are you an experienced SaaS salesperson who thrives on winning new business and opening doors into major enterprise organisations?
I'm working with a leading construction technology business that is transforming how organisations across construction, infrastructure and energy manage their projects, information and assets.
As they continue to grow across the DACH market, they're looking for a Net New Account Executive to take ownership of new business development across the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership of their market, the freedom to work remotely and the earning potential that comes with a 50% uncapped bonus.
You’ll focus on identifying, engaging and winning new enterprise customers across the DACH region, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors.
You’ll have the autonomy to build your territory, develop strategic relationships and take deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
We’re looking for a proven new‑business salesperson who knows how to create opportunities, navigate complex sales processes and close deals.
You’ll also be joining a growing technology business operating at the intersection of SaaS, construction, infrastructure and energy — sectors undergoing significant digital transformation.
There is a strong focus on developing people internally, with opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow.
