A leading technology company is looking for an Access Control Specialist Sales to drive sales in the Northern European region. At Motorola Solutions, we continue to expand portfolios in technology for our customers. We are looking to expand our Video Security and Access Control technology platforms to help our customers work safely and feel at ease. With this in mind we will be growing our sales force of security experts to ensure that we continue to be trusted experts in the field.
We have an excellent sales opportunity for a tenacious and motivated individual to join our young Access Control Team as an Access Control Specialist Sales for the Northern European region. As such, you will be responsible for positioning the Motorola Enterprise access solutions as the solutions of choice for our partners and end users. You’ll identify, target, and win new business by building flourishing relationships with access control installers and integrators. You will be comfortable discussing complex security projects where access control is the heart of the ecosystem. As your relationships mature, you’ll establish opportunities for upselling, and showcase new products that our clients cannot live without.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the solution selling environment.
Proven understanding of physical access control in B2B market.
Team player, yet autonomous worker.
Dutch or German native, with good English knowledge, any other language is a plus.
Willing to travel across the Region on business trips.
Culturally aware.
Strong direct sales background - Conceptual selling background - complex solution selling - consultative selling methodologies.
Persuasive, winning mentality.
Demonstrated strong Account Management techniques, including territory planning.
Experience presenting to complex organizations & performing high level demonstrations of sophisticated integrated security solutions is strongly preferred.
Technical understanding of physical Access Control solutions.
Proficiency in managing complex sales strongly preferred.
Proven ability selling to all levels of an organization.
Familiarity with salesforce.com (or other CRM).
Ability to work well in a team environment and partner with internal and external resources.
Assertiveness, resourcefulness required.
Ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively, over the telephone to all levels.
