Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical developers, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

As the core SME, you will optimize our enterprise software footprint, drive API/EDI integrations with ERP and TMS, and guide end-to-end testing to ensure successful deployments. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and technical specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
