Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Bring expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities to shape our enterprise software footprint, drive end-to-end testing, and lead API and data interface integrations with ERP and TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years in IT enterprise applications with WMS experience.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Epics for WMS product delivery.
• Lead Technical Integration with ERP/TMS via APIs and EDI.
• Design end-to-end testing and validate complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations.
