Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a high-impact Technical Product Owner – WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams at our Mexico location. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, while guiding API, EDI, and database interfaces with ERP and TMS.

You will own the backlog, drive end-to-end testing, and serve as a senior SME across WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
