Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
