Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS will help optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing prior to UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
