Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and tech teams by converting complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You’ll lead API integrations (REST/SOAP, EDI), drive end-to-end testing, and act as SME for WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, user stories and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities and config.
