Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will lead backlog, design integrations, and drive end-to-end testing while acting as the subject-matter expert on WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
