Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. The role bridges warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own backlog, drive API/EDI integrations, and lead end-to-end testing while collaborating with ERP/TMS partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements for WMS solutions; translate needs into epics and stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing; validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
