Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions.

Your expertise with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, plus strong SQL and API integration, will help optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL querying, API integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
