Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, define epics, and collaborate with ERP/TMS integrations while ensuring robust end-to-end testing and SME-level system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
