Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

In this role you will own the backlog, lead API integrations (REST/SOAP, EDI) with ERP and TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent.
• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and architecture.
