Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Degree in Marketing or Business-related field.
• Analyst role and/or pricing experience is an asset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of the sales planning process.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal and customer relations.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments during weekend hours with real-time visibility.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding status and issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records timely.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments to meet customer requirements.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve service disruptions and delays.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports for daytime operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers and stakeholders.
• Support daytime operations with critical overnight updates.
