Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Weekend Dispatcher to monitor weekend shipments, communicate with customers and drivers, and coordinate appointments to ensure efficient transportation operations and superior service.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/account management in logistics, a degree in Marketing or Business, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics is preferred.
• Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required.
• Previous experience in an analyst role or in pricing function is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track active shipments during weekend hours with real-time visibility.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with timely information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve service disruptions and delays.
