Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Weekend Dispatcher to monitor weekend shipments, communicate with customers and drivers, and ensure smooth operations across cycles.

The role focuses on track-and-trace, exception management, appointment coordination, and reporting to support transportation efficiency and service quality. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics sales or account management, a marketing or business degree, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required.
• Previous experience in an analyst role and/or in pricing function is an asset.
• Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them.
• Experience in B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
• Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor weekend shipments and maintain real-time visibility and service performance.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, upscale, and resolve service disruptions, delays, load recoveries, and other operational exceptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports, ensuring all critical updates and exceptions are communicated to the daytime operations team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
