• Update portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments meeting client requirements.
• Identify and resolve service disruptions and delays; manage exceptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports to overnight and daytime teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
