Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to support weekend shipment monitoring, customer communication, and exception management in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This full‑time role covers Friday to Monday shifts, delivering real-time updates and proactive problem resolution to ensure smooth transportation operations. You will coordinate appointments, update portals, and collaborate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams while maintaining high

Qualifications

2+ years sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
Recent college or university education.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track active shipments during weekend hours with real-time visibility.
Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams about status and issues.
Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records promptly.
Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure requirements are met.
Identify and resolve service disruptions and delays.
Handle inquiries and complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
Prepare and distribute overnight reports for daytime operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with customers and carriers.
