Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to handle Interval requests, confirm members, and promote travel services. You will contact members, offer alternates, and ensure timely updates while upholding high satisfaction.

You will maintain knowledge of resort ratings, meet department goals, manage daily staffing, and handle related duties with strong communication and sales experience.

Formación

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and written/oral communication.
• Sales experience preferred; strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and satisfy Interval pending requests by confirming members and delivering service.
• Contact Interval members to offer alternates resort or experiences and confirm requests.
• Inform members every 30 days about the status of their requests.
• Educate Marriott member on internal request program and services to maximize benefits.
• Provide service to return calls from members.
• Update information on pending requests and process changes.
• Offer travel-related services (E-plus, Insurance) to members.
• Maintain knowledge of resorts' quality ratings and variables to confirm exchanges.
• Meet department goals and maintain staffing levels.
• Follow monitoring guidelines to maintain minimum scores.
• Perform other related duties as required.
