Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Vacation Assistance Advisor in Bogotá to monitor and fulfill Interval pending requests, ensuring high-quality customer service and travel-related solutions. The role requires navigating multiple systems, maintaining timely updates, and communicating clearly with guests and coworkers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent organization, initiative, and follow-up skills, with a background in customer service and sales.

Responsabilidades

Monitor and satisfy Interval pending requests by confirming members and providing service.
Contact Interval members to offer alternates resort or experience and/or make requests more confirmable.
Inform members every 30 days about the status of their request.
Educate Marriott members on internal request programs and services to maximize benefits.
Provide service to return calls from members and update pending requests.
Offer travel related services (e.g., Eplus, Insurance) to members.
