Job summary

Staffbridge in Medellín is seeking a proactive Track & Trace Specialist to monitor shipments across multiple carriers, ensuring real-time updates and proactive problem-solving. You will manage documentation and coordinate with customers and operations to keep shipments on track.

In this hybrid, permanent role, you will oversee freight visibility, communicate efficiently in English, and collaborate closely with international teams to deliver a seamless freight experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Track & Trace, dispatch, or freight visibility.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border freight operations.
• Proficiency in TMS platforms and carrier communications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and great at problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills (bilingual role).
