Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog and requirements, lead technical integration across REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and databases, and drive end-to-end flow testing for complex supply chain scenarios.

You will serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture, with 10+ years in IT and 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and end-to-end testing.
• CS/CPSO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs/EDI/db interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
