Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, manage integrations, and drive end-to-end testing across Manhattan WMS and external systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, and strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and Agile delivery. Bachelor’s degree required; CSPO or Manhattan cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
