Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver robust WMS integrations.

You will guide API/EDI integrations, oversee end-to-end testing, and act as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own backlog & requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive flow testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise: serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
