Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics, and coordinate integration with ERP and TMS.

Requirements include 10+ years in IT enterprise applications, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, and a CS/IT/Supply Chain degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred). Location: Mexico; hybrid/onsite options with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: eliciting operational needs and turning them into epics, user stories and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for SPL edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
