Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, requirements, and translate them into actionable epics and stories for our development teams.
In this role, you will lead technical integration with ERP/TMS, evaluate APIs, perform end-to-end testing, and serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture. Location: Mexico, with flexible work options.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
- Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms is essential.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
