Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and user stories for development, and lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You bring 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, strong WMS config, SQL querying, and Agile delivery. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
