Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics, and guide integration across Manhattan WMS with ERP/TMS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT enterprise app experience, 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL, API integration, and agile delivery. Bachelor’s degree required; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
