Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and user stories, and drive integrations across ERP and TMS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and EDI.

Expertise in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active is required to guide configurations and architecture. You will lead end-to-end testing, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and act as the SME for WMS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Elaborate and maintain product backlog for WMS features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and external vendors to map requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SAP/EDI interfaces and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead integration design for REST/SOAP APIs and EDI with ERP/TMS systems.
• Design end-to-end tests and validate complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
