Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active.

You will own epics, lead API/EDI integrations, and drive end-to-end testing while serving as the domain SME for WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience; 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and system integration standards; Agile delivery.
• End-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and configs.
