Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and drive integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will act as the SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations, lead end-to-end testing, and ensure robust, scalable system solutions within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
