Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and translate requirements into actionable epics for development teams, focusing on Manhattan WMS integrations and data flows.

You will drive end-to-end testing, serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active, and collaborate with ERP/TMS stakeholders. A CS/IT background and CSPO or Manhattan cert are preferred; we offer flexible options and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS module configuration, SQL querying and system integration knowledge.
• End-to-end flow testing, root-cause triage, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SC or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
