Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own the backlog, elicit operational needs, and translate them into epics and stories for development, while mapping REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL and integration skills, and a CS-related degree; located in Mexico with flexible work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements, translate to epics and stories.
• Lead technical integration with ERP/TMS.
• Design end-to-end lifecycle tests and validate edge cases.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations.
