Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver robust Manhattan WMS capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL and integration experience, and a CS/IT/SCM degree. CSPO or Manhattan certs are a plus; Mexico-based, flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
